  • Preservatives such as nitrate, nitrite, benzoate, sorbic acid etc.
  • Profile of sugars

  • Minerals such as calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, zinc etc.
  • Heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury etc.
  • Determination of mycotoxins and particularly Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 & G2, Aflatoxin M1 and Ochratoxin A.
